OpenAI acquires Orchestra Bio to build drug-development AI agents, terms undisclosed: OpenAI is acquiring Orchestra Bio and merging it with its life sciences AI platform Rosalind to build AI agents for drug development. The agents will help pharma teams coordinate drug development, from tracking trials to spotting problems. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Hackers stole OpenCode users' API keys and ran up charges on AI accounts: Hackers got into part of OpenCode's online platform and stole some users' API keys. The open-source AI coding agent's AI tools kept refusing to look at the malicious code.
